Louisiana

On December 4, 2024, Governor Jeff Landry signed House Bill 10 into law. The bill reduces the maximum tax imposed on individuals from 4.25% to 3%, effective January 1, 2025. Consequently, the withholding rate on payments made to all loan out companies will also decrease to 3%.
