To obtain proof of employment on an employee from Cast & Crew:
1) Access The Work Number via the web or telephone:
2) Enter:
- Cast & Crew Employer Code: 13481
- The Employee's Social Security Number: __ __ __ - __ __ - __ __ __ __

Follow these easy steps:
- Access The Work Number via the web or telephone:
- Select the Employee option and Login. To Login, have the following information:
- Cast & Crew Employee Code: 13481
- Your Social Security Number: __ __ __ - __ __ - __ __ __ __
- Your PIN: __ __ __ __ __ __
(Note: Your PIN is the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number. You will be prompted to change this PIN upon your initial login)
- Select the "Create a Salary Key" option and write down the Salary Key provided to you by The Work Number. (Note: For more help creating a Salary Key, click here.)
- Provide the following information to the person requesting proof of employment plus income:
PLEASE NOTE: Obtaining a salary key and providing it to a commercial verifier will provide access to earnings from ALL Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC payroll companies and affiliates.
