Payroll Coordinator - Senior Level Company Overview Cast & Crew is a leading provider of payroll services and production accounting services to the Entertainment Industry. Through service offices in Burbank, New York, Albuquerque, Baton Rouge, Detroit, Vancouver and Toronto, Cast & Crew provides above the line and below the line payroll services to the Motion Picture, Television and Commercial Industries and offers its comprehensive PSL family of production accounting software. Basic Role The Senior Payroll Coordinator is expected to proficiently demonstrate ability in all US related payroll, union and non-union. Extensive and proficient knowledge of all Hollywood I.A.T.S.E. locals, Industry guilds and contracts, both TV and Theatrical, is necessary and must be demonstrated. Additionally, the Senior Payroll Coordinator must have the proficiency and ability to correctly interpret and pay locals and contracts outside of the Hollywood jurisdiction when necessary. The senior is the highest level coordinator position and is expected to excel in all payroll-related facets in regards to their duties. An individual with previous work experience may be hired in this classification for evaluation purposes to asses whether the individual demonstrates enough knowledge to remain in the position, or be appropriately placed in a lower level of classification other than that of Senior level Payroll Coordinator.
